Flow

This is a unique alignment based flow built around breath and designed to ease tension in the body as well as develop new skills. This class teaches the fundamentals of posture and breath. We take our time building to a few peak poses - followed by a relaxing decompression and rewarding meditation. This class is for all fitness levels

Restorative Flow

This class is a gentle flow designed to signal restful responses in the mind and body. The beginning and end have longer held passive postures with use of props to deepen your grounding practice and find a strong meditative state. This class is for all fitness levels.

Yin Yoga

The perfect blend between movement and stillness. This class starts with a gentle flow and ends with longer held yin postures. This style of movement with breath is very powerful for relieving tension in the mind and built up stress in the body. This class is for all fitness levels.

Functional Full Body

Well-rounded bodyweight training designed to teach you bodily awareness, coordination, balance, and focus. This class improves your strength and endurance. If you are looking for a fun full body workout this is the class for you. All classes end with relaxing stretches to leave you feeling good.

Arm Balance

Learn to balance on your hands! This class breaks down the fundamentals of inversions, teaches us new skills, and builds on our overall strength. All classes start with a gentle warm up and end with a relaxing meditation.
