Restorative Flow
This class is a gentle flow designed to signal restful responses in the mind and
body. The beginning and end have longer held passive postures with use of props
to deepen your grounding practice and find a strong meditative state. This class
is for all fitness levels.
Yin Yoga

gentle flow and ends with longer held yin postures. This style of movement with
breath is very powerful for relieving tension in the mind and built up stress in the

Functional Full Body

coordination, balance, and focus. This class improves your strength and
endurance. If you are looking for a fun full body workout this is the class for you.
