Flow

This is a unique alignment based flow built around breath and designed to ease tension in the body as well as develop new skills. This class teaches the fundamentals of posture and breathing. We take our time building to a few peak poses - followed by a relaxing decompression and rewarding meditation. This class is for all fitness levels.

Hot Flow

This is a unique alignment based flow designed to develop new skills as well as detox and ease tension in the physical body. We take our time building to a few peak poses - followed by a relaxing decompression and rewarding meditation. This class is for all fitness levels.

Deep Stretch

This is a slower style flow designed to deepen bodily awareness and our overall understanding of yoga. Enhance decompression both physically and mentally; this class incorporates a strong sense of stillness within each posture and allows us to get deeper within the emotional bodies in return releasing compounded muscular tension. This class is for all fitness levels.

Sound Baths

Sound bathing is the practice of meditation while resting in vibrational waves of harmonic sound which envelop and surround your body. The sound frequencies of each crystal bowl correlate to chakras in the body to open and cleanse the energy system. This ultimately raises the vibration of our spirit, mind, and physical body.

Arm Balance

In this style class we will be breaking down the fundamentals of a handstand and other inversions. These workshops are designed to build knowledge of alignment, grounding, breath, and balance. This focus helps us to develop an overall deeper understanding for the practice of yoga as well as improve strength and core control. This is for all levels. You do not need to be able to handstand for this class.

Other Workshops

We love to host many workshops varying from art & painting to potting plants & discussing spirituality. These gatherings are a deeper way for us to build community through sharing, listening, reflecting, and discussing ways to embrace our human existence. We will go over ways to raise our vibrational energy through awareness, connection to self, connections with others and our relationship with the earth.
